DentaQuest COO and HR Director Named to Diversity Journal’s 2022 Women Worth Watching In Leadership List

Boston, MA, June 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DentaQuest today announced that Kamila ChytilCOO and Executive Vice President, and Roxanne Martinez, CHRO and Executive Vice President, were named to Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching in Leadership 2022 profiles. This recognition recognizes dynamic women who use their talents and influence to improve their workplace and change our world.

Both leaders have played a vital role in the evolution of DentaQuest’s operations and corporate culture.

Kamila Chytil

As COO, Kamila brings years of financial services leadership to the health insurance industry. She also has a deep understanding of the technology and user experience consumers expect and leads DentaQuest’s journey to optimize digital, operational and information services. Its efforts have already cut customer service phone calls in half by giving members greater access to digital tools, such as the ability to switch providers online rather than over the phone.

“I would like to thank Profiles in Diversity Journal for awarding me this prestigious award. I am honored to be included with the other awesome leaders,” said Kamila. “As my journey continues, I look forward to increasing my impact on DentaQuest and the industry as a whole.”

Roxanne Martinez

Roxanne has been a driving force behind DentaQuest’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. Under his leadership, DentaQuest completed its first DEI strategic plan in 2020, establishing key performance indicators and action plans to create a more inclusive work culture. As a result, DentaQuest scored 95/100 on the company’s first submission to the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and increased employee satisfaction.

“To be named a Woman Worth Seeing in Leadership is an incredible honor. I have always considered it my responsibility and passion to help my peers and team members achieve their goals and reach their full potential, whether as a human resources manager or a youth soccer coach,” said Roxanne. “I always strive to lead by example and I thank Profiles in Diversity Journal for recognizing my work alongside so many accomplished and admired leaders.
