Registration information will be posted as it becomes available. Registration is free for WADA members.

We continue to plan an in-person event at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, subject to CDC and evolving pandemic-related local restrictions. Rest assured that we intend to put protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of all participants. While we hope this does not become necessary, we are also making contingency plans for a potential pivot to a virtual meeting. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Contribute to SPS policy development efforts by submitting a Resolution Idea Proposal Form (PDF) for consideration at the June 2022 SPS meeting. The SPS GC has developed a PowerPoint Presentation (PDF) to guide you (PDF ) throughout the process. The deadline for proposals for resolution ideas is April 1st. Submit resolution idea forms and direct questions to [email protected].

New to the policy-making process? Access our training module, How WADA Policy is Made and learn how SPS members influence WADA’s policy development efforts.

Visit the online SPS Members Forum between 11 and 25 April to shape SPS policy by reviewing and commenting on SPS resolutions and other agenda items ahead of the virtual SPS Assembly meeting.

The SPS Virtual Assembly will take place on April 28 at 7:00 p.m. Central Time.

In order to develop consensus opinions on SPS reports and resolutions, SPS members will meet by teleconference prior to the HOD Handbook deadlines. A majority vote of those present via the teleconference guides the actions of the SPS delegate and alternate delegate. The virtual meeting is open to all SPS members who choose to participate.
